All-inclusive package holidays are a great option for those who want to pay for the cost of their holiday up front, but with so many travel providers offering all-inclusive package holidays, it’s hard to know who has the best offering. From online travel agents to airlines, experts from Which? surveyed nearly 2,000 holidaymakers to find out which package holiday provider came out on top.

According to Which?’s survey, Jet2.com’s package holiday arm Jet2holidays scored the highest for their all-inclusive offering, with holidaymakers particularly applauding them for just how much food and drink is on offer as part of their holidays. Furthermore, Jet2holidays customers were more than satisfied with the friendliness and support of the staff and representatives on their holidays.

Overall, the Leeds-based package holiday provider scored a customer satisfaction rating of 82 percent, including four out of five stars for customer service, the description of a holiday matching the reality, the organisation of the holiday, transport to and from the destination and value for money.

Customers were also content with the hotels on offer, with Jet2holidays scoring three out of five stars in the accommodation category.

If you were wondering about what

“The package included everything we needed and desired,” said one happy customer.

Overall, the Which? survey found that only 73 percent of guests had free snacks thrown in when travelling on a package holiday with any provider, and just 79 percent had the most basic alcoholic drinks included, and fewer than half had premium brands of beers and spirits included in their packages.

It was found that some resorts even limit the number of alcoholic drinks holidaymakers can have each day and may only serve snacks at set times.

However, this certainly isn’t the case for those jetting off with Jet2holidays.

In fact, the holy provider was found to be the best when it comes to limiting restrictions on what their customers can enjoy. The survey found that “copious amounts of food and drink are almost always included, with restrictions on consumption the lowest of any brand”. Which? added: “It’s good quality too, according to our survey.”

Holidaymakers thought the facilities at a Jet2 all-inclusive resort were excellent, as well. One customer commented: “They only work with hotels that offer the best services.”

Another added: “I now only book through Jet2. Other companies have let us down, but Jet2 always does us proud.”

Jet2holidays also offers all-inclusive holidays across a range of price points to suit the varying budgets of their customers. Just a quick search on the Jet2holidays website shows that you can snap up an all-inclusive holiday from £350 per person.

Express.co.uk has independently searched the Jet2holidays website to find some of our favourite all-inclusive holiday options on sale right now:

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays said: “As we approach the peak booking season, this detailed study by Which?, the UK’s consumer champion, should act as a true guide for customers and independent travel agents who want to know who they should trust when it comes to booking those all-important holidays.”

He added: “No matter what type of holiday it is, this detailed and robust research by Which? shows that you are in the best hands when you make a booking with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.”
